Hi, my name is Nina Maria Teresa Ongtawco. I'm in search for my mother who is a japanese but unfortunately I do not know her name..
I was born in Naha,Okinwa on April 20,1954 at St. Mary Hospital. Unfortunately the hospital has closed down. I would really apprciate it if someone can tell me where and how to find the birth records of 1954. Thanks!
