Marking the site for Nago’s annual Cherry Blossom Festival, this banyan tree is the oldest living tree in Okinawa and is located in the heart of Nago’s main area. |
| Directions:
| From Naha Airport take Highway 58 north towards Nago. Keep left and continue through Kadena Circle. Take a right on to Route 84 under a walkway towards Nagogusuku ruins. Go straight until reaching a T-intersection. The Orion brewery will be on your right. Take a left and go straight. Make another left at the second light. Make one last left at the next light. The tree will be right in front of you.
