Serving as a bridge connecting Okinawans and foreign residents in Okinawa, Island Life provides information on the Okinawan lifestyle to foreigners as well as highlighting the lifestyle of foreign residents in Okinawa for locals. It is a forum for information exchange and cultural interaction that transcends the barriers of language and nationality.
